About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment. T2, 57m ² completely renovated in 2015, located on the 3rd floor with elevator and storeroom on the ground floor + secure parking in the residence.
South / South West.
On the south side, panoramic view of the Ville d'Hiver and villas.
On the west side, overlooking the Thiers Jetty and the Municipal Market.
Ideally located for holidays, it is 100 m from the main beach and the pier Thiers, starting point of the shuttle boat to serve the Dune du Pyla, Bird Island, Banc d'Arguin and Pointe du Cap Ferret.
It is 30 m from the Municipal Market, restaurants, cafes, breweries, bakeries, shops, large surfaces, cinema, bookstore, etc ... the car is not essential.
The train station is 400 m and the bus stops at 50 m.
The apartment offers up to 4 beds.
The apartment consists of:
- a fully equipped open plan kitchen open to the living room (many cupboards / oven / microwave / vitroceramic hotplates / fridge with freezer / washing machine / dishwasher / crockery and cooking utensils),
- a living room with table and chairs for 4/6 people, air conditioning (A / C), a sofa bed Bézed 140 for 2 people, a TV, a VCR, a DVD player and WIFI.
- a bedroom with a bed 160/1 wardrobe with large storage capacity
Large windows illuminate the entire apartment.
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink (+ hairdryer with accessories).
- Steam Iron + ironing board.
Sheer curtains, awnings and electric shutters. In addition, the corner balcony on which there is a small table and chairs, lets have breakfast facing the sea.

L'appartement est très propre et très bien placé, dans la zone piétonne d'Arcachon. Tout ce fait à pied (le marché, les boutiques, les restaurants, la plage). On peut même aller à la Teste de Buch à pied pour déguster les huîtres de la Cabane de l'Aiguillon. Le gros plus : c'est la place de parking en sous sol. En revenant d'excursions pas besoin de chercher une place pour se garer, ce qui est très difficile en centre ville. Nous avons été accueillis par la charmante et dynamique maman du propriétaire qui nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses. Une petite surprise nous attendait même à notre arrivée. Adresse à conserver précieusement.

Très bien située, vous pouvez tout faire à pieds, vue sur la mer du balcon, tout équipé ce logement est très agréable !!

Appartement agréable et très bien situé avec place de parking. Un peu bruyant le soir et le matin tôt lors du nettoyage des rues.
