For ease of parking you have access to private and secure parking in the basement.
Its living room with a sofa bed which offers sleeping space for two people, a small dining area and TV (this accommodation does not have WIFI), opening onto a small south-facing balcony.
Its separate kitchen equipped with gas hob, oven, TOP fridge and microwave.
A large bedroom with a 140 cm bed offering sleeping space for two people, also opening onto the balcony. A bathroom with washing machine. And a separate toilet.
You have all the shops at the foot of the residence (market, restaurants, shops, bike rental) as well as the beach 100 m away for your afternoons of swimming or picnics and the cycle paths for your outings with family or friends. The train station is also nearby, ideal if you come by train.

Bonne localisation avec parking sous terrain. Près des plages et transport.
Cependant il y a une mauvaise odeur à l’intérieur persistante... c’est dommage car l’appartement pourrait être bien. Le confort reste rudimentaire. Vieux meuble, vieille literie, vieille cuisine...
Le grand problème reste cette odeur...
Le personnel de l’agence est à l’écoute et agréable.
