Très belle résidence..appartement spacieux ,.à proximité de la plage et du centre ville..je le recommande

Appartement bien situé dans un quartier calme à proximité du centre ville et de la plage. Parking souterrain, box clos et accès immeuble limité. Equipements électroménagers et ménagers de qualité et en nombre.
Les moins :
Fenêtre et baies vitrées en simple vitrage, supplément chauffage demandé 25€ pour la semaine.
Propreté sommaire et superficielle : poussière sur les radiateurs , le meuble TV et toiles d’araignée sur les murs (pas de locataire depuis septembre). Un nettoyage approfondi ne reposant pas que sur la bonne volonté et le soin des locataires serait bienvenu…
Dégât des eaux au plafond du séjour nécessitant une bassine au sol jusque la fin du séjour.
