About this apartment rental

Ideally located, in the center and near to beach, bright and completely renovated self catering apartment. Refine decoration. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a small building (2 apart per floor). It has all comforts. There are one main bedroom (double bed), one child room (single bed), American kitchen, living room with table for 6, pullout sofa bed for 2. Huge fully equipped modern kitchen includ. fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, dish washer, oven, 2 hobs, lots of cooking utensils. One balcony and a small outside table. Design bathroom, seperate toilet. Situated next to the train and bus station (car not necessary). Pets not allowed. Perfect for two people or a family with kids. Once you reserved, Sandrine and Emmanuel will help you upon request to prepare your stay. We will also come to pick you up at Menton train or bus station.

Great apartment and Menton is amazing!

This apartment is really nice, clean, and centrally located. It even has an extra room with a single bed in addition to the main bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are balconies on both front and back of building. The train station is literally across the street but the noise is not bothersome (and I'm generally pretty sensitive about noise). Many good activities in the area. The hosts are wonderful people who were pleasant to deal with and very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Menton is a lovely town with good transport links to the whole of the Côte d’Azur and across the border into Italy. The apartment is well situated for easy walks to the town centre and beaches and is near bars, restaurants and local shops. It overlooks the station, which is very handy for day trips along the coast, but does mean that it is very noisy at night. The hosts always responded quickly to our messages and were very welcoming, meeting us at the station on our arrival and taking us to the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with effective air-conditioning in the main living-room. It can sleep five, but the bed in the second bedroom is very small, best suited to a child. Towels and bedding are provided at an additional cost and it is necessary to clean before you leave, or you are liable for an extra 50 euro cleaning fee. This aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our week.

also close to morning market and a short walk to the beach. Near lots of pastry shops, a grocery store, and quite a few restaurants. The proprietress went out of her way to be helpful and rates very fair. Read the directions in the drawer before trying to use the washer.

Tout est parfait sauf peut être pour trouver une place en bas avec une voiture, il faut s'en servir le moins possible, la location est impeccable, l'acceuil sympa et la gentillesse de la propriétaire l'immeuble calme. On n'entends pas les trains et la nuit le traffic rare (en tout cas en mars avril). Malheureusement ayant un petit chien calme et peut encombrant nous ne pourrons hélas pas revenir et c'est dommage ! (les animaux ne sont pas admis)

Que rajouter aux commentaires déjà existants ???? l'accueil fut apprécié : amabilité, souci du détail, souci de rendre le séjour agréable. L'appartement est bien situé, à 2 mn des transports en communs, à 7 mn de la plage et à 7 mn de la ville, pour la vieille ville compter 15 mn ... une voiture n'est vraiment pas nécessaire... l'appartement est conforme à la description de l'annonce. Nous avons rencontré pas mal de Mentonnais très chaleureux et agréables, racontant ici et là leurs souvenirs de vie dans leur ville...mais peut être que cette période de février où les touristes ne sont pas nombreux, a facilité les échanges... Essayez et vous apprécierez...

Venir en TGV à Menton en sachant que nous sommes attendus à la gare par les propriétaires, c'est déjà très agréable.Lorsqu'on arrive dans cet appartement spacieux ,confortable et bien équipé ,nous découvrons que Sandrine nous a déposés des fruits de saison et d'autres choses encore qui nous font plaisir.On se dit qu'on a eu raison de choisir cette location qui, de plus, est fort bien située, proche des gares routière et SNCF. Menton est une ville magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. Merci encore à Sandrine pour son sourire et sa gentillesse !

l'accueil par les propriétaires à la gare de Menton fut très agréable après 5h de TGV. L'appartement est neuf, très bien équipé avec une bonne literie pour bien se reposer, au calme la proximité de la gare ne gêne pas du tout aucun bruit dans la chambre.On peut prendre ses repas sur le petit balcon face au Winter Palace. L'accès au centre ville se fait à pied en 10 minutes environ.Le marché et les commerces sont tout près. Une excellente adresse à retenir. Beaucoup de convivialité avec nos hôtes merci pour ce beau séjour. Menton est vraiment une ville magnifique la mer, les jardins, la vieille ville tout est beau.La proximité de Monaco et Nice permet des visites agéables. Sur cette partie de la Côte d'Azur les paysages sont grandioses à faire au moins une fois dans sa vie.....en ce qui nous concerne nous reviendrons voir la fête des Citrons et visiter l'arrière-pays.

Très bel appartement, situé près des commerces, à deux pas de la plage, endroit agréable, pas de problème de stationnement( juste faire un peu de marche et vous trouvez facilement une place). Le petit balcon qui donne sur la cour intérieure est appréciable et calme. L'appartement est bien équipé, rien n'y manque et la propriétaire réserve un accueil chaleureux à ses vacanciers.A louer pour 2 adultes avec un enfant.
