Rent house in SAINTES for 6 people. We occupy it in the main residence and rent it only during our vacation periods (refer to the availability calendar).
With a surface area of 150 m2, this house from the 60s, ideal for families, is located on a wooded plot of 200m2.
On the ground floor, an entrance with cupboards, a living room with living room, dining room and kitchen, a utility room with washing machine. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (including master suite), 2 bathrooms and a mezzanine (convertible sofa). 2 WC.

Close to: train station (5 min drive), market (train station and city center), walking trails (20 min walk), swimming areas (pool but made beach along the Charente in Chaniers and Port of envaux, 10-15 min drive ).
