Holiday rental in Sète: In a quiet residential area (no parties allowed), a beautiful 97 m² house with a garden, terrace, and 3 bedrooms in the lower part of Saint Clair, 1.5 km from the beaches. Portable air conditioning unit.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) opening onto the dining room (table, chairs, sideboard) via a breakfast bar. A large bay window leads to a 25 m² terrace. There is also a toilet with a washbasin and a living room with a corner sofa and television. Upstairs, there is a master suite (double bed) with its own bathroom and terrace. A second bedroom has a sofa bed for two people, and a third bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) for two people. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as access to the upper garden and a shower room. This accommodation includes Wi-Fi access, a travel cot, and a high chair. No parties allowed. 2-star rated house for 6 people. Pets allowed: €30. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).

Maison pratique, proche des plages et du centre de sete; elle possède une belle vue, et les voisins sont très sympa. Il est juste non possible de faire trop de bruit la semaine.

Déçu de l’état de propreté de l’appartement et de l’accueil à l’agence. Leur seul intérêt est de récupérer les clés en fin de séjour et de passer au suivant sans même nous laisser le temps d’expliquer les problèmes rencontrés.
En nous prenant de haut de cette manière nous avons décidé de ne plus traiter nos vacances avec votre structure.
