About this apartment rental
Apartment on the Promenade, facing the sea (which is a real potential).
- Ideally located in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk, from all shops [pharmacy, baker, Casino supermarkets, Leader Price], medical offices, LENVAL children's hospital ... Bus stop 50m to travel all the department: Cannes, Valberg ... On the direct bus line from the airport and the train station;
- 25 mins on foot (or 10 mins by bus):
-from the train station, (Bus 12, direct line) MAGNAN stop 100m from the building,
- from the old town, from the flower market.
No need to have a car, at the foot of the building, Single price: 1.50 euro whatever the destination in the department: Saint Paul de Vence, Cannes, Isola, Valberg and… Near the blue bike and car stations electric.
Dogs and other animals are not accepted.

An excellent property affording a wonderful view of the bay of angels. We had a slight problem and this was resolved by the owner as quickly as she could. The garage facility being available is a bonus in Nice. Overall we had a super holiday.

Mitten im Leben der Promenade des Anglais. Man kann stundenlang auf dem Balkon stehen und schauen, wie sich das Meer verändert, wie die Menschen den Strand geniessen, wie die Schiffe vorbeiziehen. In der Wohnung sind alle wichtigen Dinge vorhanden, um einen schönen Urlaub zu haben. 5 min zum Bäcker oder supermarché. Busse in alle Richtungen.
Wir sind schon am überlegen, wann wir wieder hinfahren!
