The apartment of 65 m2 renovated in 2016, is located on the second floor of an eighteenth building in a street with arcades.
The apartment is a suite of rooms, including 2 bedrooms: one side street, the other side courtyard. The South Central exhibition and its 7 windows let in much light. Located in the historic center, and in a small condominium, the apartment is quiet and spacious.
This accommodation is suitable for a family or group of friends.
The 6 beds correspond to: 1 bed of 160, 2 beds of 90 or a bed of 180, and a sofa convertible in bed of 140.
Inputs: 16 h Outputs: 10 pm
We ask no charge for linen: bed linen, guest towels with shower towels, kitchen towels, napkins.
When you leave, we ask you to empty the dishwasher and garbage cans.
Guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
The apartment is non smoking.
Animals are not allowed.
Neither party nor evening.

Booked as a last minute stay, Virginie was great in contacting us and giving us all the necessary information. Flat was perfect for the 3 of us, we cooked in it one night and ate out the other two nights. lots of space to relax in and perfect for exploring the town of La Rochelle and the nearby Ile de Re. Teenage daughter loved the "musical bathroom mirror"!! Would definitely recommend.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement charmant, les quelques exigences que nous avions ont toutes été respectées, les interlocuteurs sur place très à l’écoute. L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre ville, sans nuisances sonores… bref, le séjour fut parfait !

J’ai passé un mois dans ce bel appartement qui est au centre ville et près du marché. Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et ont répondu à tous mes questions rapidement.I have no complaints or criticisms. My friends, family and I had a wonderful experience. Recommend this place very highly.
