In the city center, close to the old port, fully renovated, bright and beautifully decorated apartment of 80 sqm located on the ground floor of an old house. The housing which extends a terrace of 30 m², a garden of 120 m² private, consists of 5 rooms: kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob) ,), living room (TV by orange fiber internet, DVD player, telephone, wifi, stereo), bedroom 1 m 60 x 2 with bathroom, 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 90 each), bathroom water with shower, sink and washing machine, separate toilet.
You can enjoy a garden furniture on the terrace, chairs on the grass and barbecue. Secure covered parking at 250 m is at your disposal. If you come by train the train station is 600 m.
We offer sheets and towels for a supplement of
15 € / person and a cleaning fee of 50 €.

This apartment is light and airy, plus the garden is a treat. The location is excellent: close to the train station as well as the harbor area.

Zentrale aber ruhiger Wohnung. Beim betreten des Hauses geschockt.Tür uralt, Flur dunkel und uneben. Wohnung jedoch renoviert. Bis auf Bad und Dusche (einige Stockflecke) sauber. Die Küche befand sich im Flur und bestand aus einem funktionellen Küchenblock. Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren einfach eingerichtet. Im Bad 1 befand sich Minibadewanne und Waschbecken, kein WC , kein Bidet. Bad 2 bestand aus Dusche u. Waschbecken sowie einer Waschmaschine, kein WC, kein Bidet. Raumgrösse ca 1 m2.Raumhöhe ca 1.9om, wobei der Der Rahmen nur 1.75 hoch war. Der Trockner bestand aus einem klappbaren Wäscheständer. Im separaten WC war kein Waschbecken. Schön war das Wohnzimmer mit 2 kleinen Sofas. Der Fernseher war gut, aber ohne deutsche Programme. Der kleine Hinterhofgarten war gemütlich, obwohl die "Terasse" sehr holprig war. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin war kühl. Probleme gab es mit der Bezahlung. Obwohl in der Buchungsbestätigung ausdrücklich ein Inklusivpreis zugesagt war, wurden für Steuer Gebühren verlangt sowie gebühren für Endreinigung und für Bettbezug gefordert. Handtücher wurden trotz Reklamation nicht gestellt. Der kostenlose Parkplatz befand sich in der ca 300 m entfernten öffentlichen Tiefgarage
