You can enjoy the large terrace for dining or strolling on the chairs and lounges available. Nearby, small taverns along the Canal du Midi, gourmet restaurants, beaches along the river Cesse 10 minutes, Lake Jouares 10 minutes, the sea 25 minutes, tennis, hiking, Carcassonne and castles Cathar ....

We had a great time at this house as a group of seven friends. Really nice owner, we had no problems at all. It's about a 35-40 minutes drive to the beach which you have to be aware of. Overall a really great experience. Thanks again :)

We could not have enjoyed our time at this magical house more- we arrived home yesterday and are already thinking about when we can visit again.The house is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and comes with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. It is very well situated for day trips to the wealth of places to visit nearby- we managed Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan this time, and Canet itself has a lovely general store, bakery, pharmacy, pizza restaurant and bar. The pool was exceptionally clean and perfect to swim, play and relax in. Erick, our host, was so helpful and easy to contact throughout our stay, and an example of the lovely people we met on our holiday.

The booking was easy and Erick was very quick to respond. He happily greeted us on arrival and showed us around. The property is situated in a truly magical village with all local amenities and traditions. The facilities in the house were terrific - everything you could think of was provided. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend this property and village for a relaxing retreat, but in easy distance to drive to other attractions.
