Charming independent winegrower's house, in the heart of the village in the middle of the vineyards, between the Aude and the Canal du Midi.

All amenities are within walking distance (restaurants, shops and supermarkets).

The accommodations are spread over 2 levels.

On the first floor, a dining room with fully equipped open kitchen and a large living room with views of the garden and the swimming pool.

Upstairs, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom.

Outside, a landscaped garden without direct vis-à-vis and enclosed, a private swimming pool of 7 x 4 m with sunny wooden terraces and sunbeds.

The pool is not fenced but secured by an alarm.

A summer kitchen equipped with plancha, gas barbecue, refrigerator ... opens onto a shaded terrace with dining area.

Another semi-shaded terrace with hammock and lounge will allow you to relax and have an aperitif.

Bicycles and a stroller are at your disposal.

A local farmers' market every Friday evening from 5pm to 8pm on the church square a few steps from the house.

Ideal for discovering the region, its many tourist and cultural sites, its vineyards in Minervois, Corbières and Clape, and its beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.

A few minutes walk or bike ride from the pretty village of Somail, with its port and restaurants, you can walk along the Canal du Midi.

15 minutes from Narbonne with its cathedral, its boats along the Canal de la Robine and the Grands Buffets.

30 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan with its wooden chalets on stilts.

40 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, and Spain is only an hour's drive away

House line (bed linen and towels) and housekeeping are optional and can be provided on request.
