General:
Pouzols-Minervois is a pleasant little village. The villa is located on the edge of the quiet village. The lake of Jouarres is 10 min drive away for water sports and the Mediterranean Sea is relatively close. In the immediate vicinity there are many attractions to visit. Then, in the evening you can relax in the Spa or enjoy a delicious meal prepared on the barbecue.

Interior:
The large living room (103 m²) with open kitchen has patio doors to the covered terrace and the swimming pool. In the kitchen there is a Nespresso machine and 2 refrigerators, one of which has a freezer and ice maker. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. On one side of the house is a bedroom with a 160X200 bed with an en-suite bathroom with sink, shower and toilet and a door to the outside. Through a hallway you access the other side of the house where you will find a separate toilet, 3 other large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, double sink and bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). Another bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200) and the last bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200). Finally, a final master suite has a double bed (160X200) with a dressing room, and bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. There is access to the outside from this room.

Outside:
You will be completely charmed by the outside of the house. The large field offers sports enthusiasts outdoor games and balls on the lawn. The swimming pool (5X11m) invites you to dive, swim and play with your family. Next to the swimming pool are large terraces to enjoy the sun and a wellness area with its shower and the large jacuzzi. The terraces welcome garden furniture and sunbathing for all holidaymakers. The summer kitchen with its plancha, stone barbecue and fridge completes the whole and allows you to fully enjoy until the end of the evening. The entire property is fenced.
