Just a stone’s throw from the Canal du Midi, in the heart of the Corbières vineyards, the village of Canet d’Aude offers an ideal location just 15 minutes from Narbonne. The vacation rental welcomes you for a relaxing stay bathed in the southern sun. Located right in the heart of the village, you’ll have access to several local shops within 300 meters (restaurants, grocery store, newsstand and tobacco shop, bakery). There are plenty of activities to enjoy nearby: hiking or biking, and exploring the natural and cultural heritage sites, including: the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, the Sigean African Wildlife Reserve, the port of Somail, the beaches along the Aude coast, Fontfroide Abbey, and the historic cities of Carcassonne and Minerve. The cottage, located on the first floor, features a completely private terrace with patio furniture and a plancha grill so you can fully enjoy your vacation. On the first floor, you’ll have access to a shared garden with the owners and two other vacation rentals, where you can enjoy the shared pool—open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., from May through September, weather permitting (dimensions: 3.50 x 7.5 m, depth 1.30 m), a bocce court, and several relaxation areas. The cottage has a private, secure, and enclosed parking area. There is a wellness area in the garden, featuring a whirlpool tub and a sauna; access is complimentary for one couple once a day (1-hour session), with the possibility of extended spa use subject to the reservation schedule. This area must be reserved on-site with the owners. Located on the first floor with a secure entrance, it includes: _a large entry hall with a relaxation area. _a living room with a kitchen opening onto the terrace, which features patio furniture and a plancha grill. _a bedroom with one 140-cm bed. _a bedroom with one 140-cm bed and two 90-cm beds. _a bedroom with one 140-cm bed and a sink. _a bedroom with one 140-cm bed and a private bathtub and sink. _a bathroom with a toilet, another bathroom, and a separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house. Parties are not permitted.
