The residence is near the town center, 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Calvi and is built around a magnificent haven: a fully fenced park with old pine trees where your children can play quietly.
The residence is also equipped with a communal swimming pool and, for your comfort and safety of your children, no motorized vehicles are permitted in the center.
Possibility of provision of a closed box in the basement for a car park with access to the apartment by elevator.

Great location with a fantastic view of the Citadel. Facilities good and aircon a godsend in the hot weather. Five minutes walk (if that) to the main beach and fifteen to the busy harbour and places to eat. Supermarket in between with local eating places open for breakfast. A bit further to some rocky but more secluded beaches on the other side of the Citadel.

Wirklich schöne Wohnung mit besten Blick auch Calvis Zitadelle. Die Lage war perfeckt um Calvi und Umgebung zu erkunden.

Location de très bon standing et très bien équipée, proche plage Calvi et centre ville (la voiture peut rester au garage!). Vue sur la citadelle imprenable. La résidence dispose d'une piscine agréable (un peu animée parfois). Très bon séjour, on garde l' pour un prochain séjour dans l'île. - couple avec deux enfants -
