Emplacement idéal, grande terrasse ensoleillée et au calme, lave linge, lave vaisselle, appartement spacieux et lumineux
On sent un manque d’investissement dans cet appartement (visiblement en vente…), le mobilier est à changer: literie, mobilier extérieur, chaises du salon qui s’effritent ++. Ménage à approfondir (cheveux des précédents locataires), évier SDB bouché. C’est dommage car appartement grand, lumineux et à la situation idéale, mais il manque le côté cosy et remis au goût du jour.
