About this apartment rental

3 bedroom apartment in the port of Porto Cristo.

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), wifi, terrace, dream views of the port, central heating.

Beautiful apartment lovingly furnished in the port of Porto Cristo. Central but quiet location. Vehicle is not required.
With 2 double rooms and one single with a trundle bed, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). It is located on the third floor of a three-story building, with an elevator.

Equipped with wifi, international satellite TV (Astra).

The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, stove with oven, filter coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes and washing machine.

It has a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy dreamy views of the port.

Central heating during winter.

Unbeatable situation, very quiet. The terrace, the living room, the kitchen and the bedrooms face the pedestrian promenade of the port.

Rest and relaxation characterize this wonderful place.

On the first floor is our apartment Marina I, and on the second floor our apartment Marina II.

The beach is less than a 2 minute walk. It is very protected with little waves, it has umbrellas and hammocks for rent. With restaurants and bars on the beachfront.

There are 3 large supermarkets nearby and several small shops within walking distance, where you can find fresh fruit, vegetables and fresh bread. Porto Cristo has different banks, two pharmacies where they speak English and German, a medical center and a private hospital. Post office, tourist boats at the dock, bus station and taxi.

We recommend a walk through the local produce market on Sundays.

Around the port there are restaurants, bars and terraces with a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

A visit to the famous Caves of Drach located very close, or to the Cuevas dels Hams at the entrance of Porto Cristo, is always an experience.

Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, Romántica and Cala Morlanda are some of the beaches around Porto Cristo.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday in the still prevailing calm in Porto Cristo, where you will not find large hotel complexes and the tourist hustle of other areas.

The rental of this property is made based on Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994, of November 24, on urban leases. For which you will have the property for your seasonal use. In this contract, the tenant will not be offered any type of tourist service, consisting solely of the transfer of use and enjoyment of the property.

Groups of young people (under 25 years old) ask the advertiser.

We need copies of the DNI of each person to accept the reservation.

Security deposit for possible damages requested on arrival: € 200 (paid on the day of arrival and returned on the day of departure).

RULES:

Check-out: 12pm
Very late check-in (from 8pm) has an extra cost of € 30

The celebration of events or parties on the property is not accepted.

Seriousness and education on the part of the guests is expected in order to make it a pleasant stay for everyone.

Pets are not accepted.

Guests may not (and will not allow third parties) to cause inconvenience to the tenant, other guests or any neighbor.
The keys provided must be returned upon departure.

Between 23: 00h and 09: 00h silence is mandatory. And for the remaining hours, respect for the neighbors is essential (loud music, screaming, etc ...).

Lights cannot be left on when guests are off the property.

Ferienwohnung perfekt, ich freute mich jeden Morgen die Fensterläden zu öffne um auf den Hafen zu schauen. Sehr zentral gelegen.

Wir haben uns bewusst für diese Lage entschieden, da der Strand in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen ist, Restaurants und Bars einen Steinwurf entfernt sind und der Blick direkt auf den Hafen das mediterrane Flair wiederspiegelt. Leider war keine Sonnenliege vorhanden, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, weiter wären neuen stuhlauflagen angebracht. Die Betten könnten erneuert werden und eine Klimaanlage würde das Apartment ungemein aufwerten. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Nicht das beste und neueste, aber für eine Woche Aufenthalt ok.

Die Wohnung ist super geräumig mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Ein Balkon zur Hafenseite darf natürlich nicht fehlen. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Une grosse majorité de points positifs : - d'abord Alvaro... Adorable, serviable, gentil, attentionné ! - l'emplacement est idéal... En plein sur le port, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants - l'appartement est très beau et très propre Pour qu'un commentaire soit complet, il se doit d'être réaliste... Et donc il y a aussi des points à améliorer pour que ce soit parfait : - la douche était épouvantable... Soit bouillante à en brûler la peau, soit glaciale... C'était notre moment détesté de la journée... - le lit double n'est en fait qu'un lit pliant... Du coup difficile pour les gens fragiles du dos comme moi... - en août le manque de climatisation doit être horrible... En septembre comme nous, ça passe tout juste grâce aux 3 ventilateurs fournis Pour conclure, malgré ces 3 derniers points à améliorer... Nous avons passé de confortables vacances dans cet appartement que je recommande !!!
