Der Balkon liegt mit Blick direkt auf den kleinen Hafen von Porto Cristo. Die Bezeichnung "Meerblick" trifft also völlig zu. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt direkt am Eingang des Hauses. Also kann dort das nötigste besorgt werden. Wir waren im Februar dort und es war recht ruhig im Ort und auf der Hafenpromenade.
Zur Wohnung gehört kein Parkplatz. Man muss also jeden Abend auf Parkplatzsuche gehen. Direkt am Hafen ist ein Busparkplatz, der im Winter von 18:00 bis 09:00Uhr kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Ansonsten gibt es am Hafen ein Parkdeck, das allerdings recht teuer ist: 28.80 €/24 Stunden. Das war aber auch der einzige Nachteil an der Wohnung.

Un appartement très bien situé et propre à notre arrivée. Beaucoup de rangement pour nos affaires. Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse le matin ont été appréciés.
Voisins du dessus un peu bruyants.
