About this house rental
A tastefully furnished, well-kept and in excellent condition holiday apartment on the 1st Upstairs, with private pool. The detached holiday home is located at the end of a side street, on a 1000 m² plot, in a small forest in Cala Murada. The beaches are 300 m and 500 m. The center with supermarket, bakery, bank, and several restaurants and a mini golf course can be reached after 200 m. A tennis court is 100 meters away. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate guest toilet, an open kitchen with dining and living area. Kitchen, living room and bedroom with the most modern air conditioning for cooling, and on cold days also for heating. 3 terraces are available for relaxation. On the ground floor the 120 m² pool terrace with an embedded 4 x 9 m private pool with outdoor shower. In the 1st First floor: the 40 m², partly covered terrace, and on the roof the 22 m² panoramic terrace with a clear view of Cala Murada and the surrounding Mediterranean Sea. All terraces are equipped with seating areas and high quality sun loungers. The house has satellite reception with a 42 inch TV, and a powerful radio CD player with USB connection in the living room. Free internet available with no volume limit.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Lisa. Everything was as described and a great place to relax and unwind. The pool was fabulous to have and outdoor areas clean and comfortable. The local area had a great beach bar with amazing food and other restaurants all within easy walking distance. Communication with Mr Klewing the owner was excellent, professional and prompt. We did however face an oversight from the property manager and our arrival date despite communication from ourselves and the owner. I would definitely stay again and my only one recommendation would be for better/supportive pillows on the bed. Thank you again Rudi and family.

Great communication, very responsive owner. The checkin and checkout were very smooth even though we were coming in late and leaving early. Nice, comfortable place as advertised. The weather was a little too cool to utilize the pool, but it looked great.

Pro: Schöne geräumige Terrasse, Supermarkt, Arzt und einige Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Schattenparkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ruhige Umgebung in 70+ deutscher Nachbarschaft. Zwei große Kühlschränke mit Begrüßungsgetränken.
Kontra: Keine Grundausstattung Küche vorhanden (kein einziges Gewürz, geschweige denn Öl/Essig). Ebensowenig frische Lappen zum Abwaschen, keine Müllbeutel (außer dem Ersten, der drin war), kein Klarspüler oder Salz für den Geschirrspüler.
Check-In über eine Bekannte/Verwalter, kurz und knapp-die Schlüsselbox hätte es dann auch getan.
Einrichtung und Pool-Liegen in die Jahre gekommen.
Pool wurde in den 2 Wochen kein einziges Mal gereinigt.
Keine Waschmaschine in der Ferienwohnung.
