About this villa rental
C'an Cam is a 3 bedroom villa. The good sized 'L' shaped lounge/dining room has patio doors which lead onto the furnished terrace and overlooks the pool. There is a TV and DVD player with both English and German satellites There is ample lounge and dining seating.The private pool measures 8m x 4m is situated within the pretty enclosed garden of the villa. The pool enjoys sunshine throughout the day and into the early evening. There is a BBQ and equipment in the garden as well as sun loungers and sun umbrella. There is an outside shower in the garden close to the pool. Newly added this year is a little Gazebo for extra shade.
There is a fully tiled family bathroom on the first floor with bidet and en-suite to the master bedroom which has enclosed shower. There is also a fully tiled shower room on the ground floor with an enclosed shower.
Fully tiled fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob and toaster, kettle and coffee maker
The utility off the kitchen has a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes airer.
There is an electricity charge of 0.45 Euro per kWh - A reading will be taken on arrival and departure and the amount must be paid to the manager on departure.

Brian greeted us upon arrival, he lives next door but not intrusive at all. Villa was a perfect size in a quiet neighbourhood with a fab bakery & spa nearby.
The local cove was perfect for us, sand not the best but we are not people that like to sunbathe for long periods of time at the beach. Nice snorkel and dry off, so the pontoon off to the left was perfect for us, with lots of fish to see. Plus, in this area there are so many beaches to visit.
Please note, the listing states the pool is 8 x 4, if you include the raised tiles around the edge, yes, but the actual pool was probably 7 x 3. A little disappointing but perfect for a quick dip to keep cool and well kept sun beds and plenty of chairs too.
My daughter burnt her fingers (steam) and Brian came to our rescue on a Sunday, very grateful.
We have stayed near the area before, so knew we liked it and had some fab meals out.
We would definitely stay at the villa again, which we don't often say, it just had everything you needed. Fresh linen/towels mid stay (2 weeks, beach towels too.

Villa was well very equipped and spacious and perfect for a quiet trip and location was good to access busier parts if you wanted.
I do think for a long stay a mid stay clean with fresh linen and towels could be offered and maybe a pool clean especially if had bad weather wind/stormy.
Overall was a well maintained villa and an enjoyable holiday.

Wow! This was our first stay in a villa as a family (as opposed to hotel) and let’s just say, we are converted! Everything was immaculate, from the overall cleanliness to the tiny details, such as the mosquito nets on the windows. They have thought of everything! Brian was a great host and was always on hand to help (even with booking table reservations in Spanish!). Beautiful villa with an incredible outdoor area - Even better than on the pictures!! We would highly recommend!
