We offer this fully restored town house to stay near the landing beaches and towns of Caen and Bayeux.

In a contemporary spirit, you can spend your time living "at home". Private house, very well equipped, ideal for 2 with secure parking at the rear of the property.Large double bed with bathroom upstairs, open plan living area downstairs with washing machine and loo.Small courtyard out the back with seating and loungers.Very comfortable for 2, highly recommended.

Really nice property in a lovely small village. Accomodation is well appointed with great outside space and good parking. Appreciated the little touches of Normandy cider and biscuits on arrival. Simple things like cleaning provisions make tidying up during your stay and on departure simple. So quiet and private, no passing traffic. Lovely place made for a great stay.

Loved this little gem! It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation to the Normandy region. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were great. Loved the little village including the church on the corner and the patisserie for breakfast. Would highly recommend!!

An absolute gem in the countryside

Cathy’s home is a hidden treasure. Much more spacious than the pictures make out, you’re given a stylish, clean and extremely technologically-savvy place tucked away in a Norman courtyard. Cathy herself is a wonderful host. Very approachable and her communication was always very swift. We so enjoyed our stay and would return in a heart beat.

Comfortable, well furnished, scrupulously clean, with all mod cons and a charming and efficient proprietor on-call close by. The village itself has restaurant, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, patisserie, local supermarket and cafe-bar with free Wi-Fi supplementing the house's own Wi-Fi. Within easy driving distance of Normandy's main seaside and inland attractions, - this proved an ideal base for our brief holiday.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites. Gite très propre et très bien aménagé. Très bien situé à moins de 30 minutes des plages du débarquement et 15 minutes de Caen. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité à pied. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et à l’écoute. Nous pourrions y retourner sans problème.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem stylischen und top ausgestattetem Haus. Vom Bügelbrett bis zur Waschmaschine, von den reichlich vorhandenen Kochutensilien bis zum Induktionskochfeld war alles vorhanden. Der mit Bäckerei, Pizzabäckerei übern Hof und Supermarkt ausgestattete kleine Ort Bretteville war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Unternehmungen. Ruhig und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine schöne, modern und gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was notwendig ist. Cathy, unsere liebe Vermieterin, hatte sogar schon den Kühlschrank mit ein paar Getränken und Süßigkeiten zur Begrüßung bestückt. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bäckerei und Tankstelle waren in der Nähe. Die Verkehrsanbindung war sehr gut, sodass wir in alle Richtungen viele Ausflüge unternehmen konten. Trotzdem lag die Wohnung ruhig und separat. Alles in allem war es für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Somos un matrimonio español de 60 años. Estuvimos una semana durante este mes de julio. Apartamento muy bien acondicionado y agradable. Ubicación ideal para ir recorriendo playas, cementerios y memoriales relacionados con el Desembarco de Normandía y Mont Saint Michel. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Un recuerdo cariñoso, también, para las excelentes pizzas que se hacen en el local contiguo. Recomendaciones para españoles: Que os expliquen bien el sistema de reciclaje de residuos. En qué contenedor verter y con qué bolsa. Creo que nosotros no lo hicimos del todo bien. Gracias Kathy y esposo por vuestra acogida.

Maison de bourg au calme et proche de toutes commodités avec une place de parking privative. Localisation idéale pour visiter Caen et ses environs (plages du débarquement). Maison spacieuse et aménagement très bien pensé, convenant parfaitement à un couple, décoration moderne et soignée. Cuisine fonctionnelle où rien ne manque (vaisselle complète, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire, nombreux condiments…). À l’étage, grande chambre avec literie de qualité. Douche à l’italienne très très agréable. Propriétaire accueillante qui saura vous conseiller pour les visites de la région. Panier d’accueil très appréciable. Les photos correspondent bien à la maison. Adresse que nous gardons bien précieusement et que nous conseillons vivement. Nous sommes ravis de cette location !
