This property is part of the owners house even though it doesn't feel like it. There is a nice kitchen, a good sized living room and bedroom. Owners are very friendly and are ready to offer assistance for anything. We had a great week at this property.

"We were really pleased with our stay in Normandy. The apartment is very nice and well-equipped, it looks even more beautiful than on photos! Martine and Jacky are very pleasant and hospitable people. When we needed any advice or information, they always helped us! The arrangement of the apartment is very convenient for exploring Normandy. It is very close to Caen, but it is not problem to go to Rouen, Etretat, Deauville, Honfleur and other places of interest. The main roads are very good. We’ll surely recommend this apartment to our friends!"

"We were really pleased with our accommodation.The apartment is attached to the owners' very nice home in a quiet street which is in a very well kept village with a few shops for essential food and goods.The owners, Martine and Jacky were most welcoming and invited us into their home for a relaxing drink after our long journey from England.They could not have been nicer and continued to be helpful whenever we needed any information. The apartment was very clean and well organized and we were given a separate free phone for incoming calls which was very useful.The property is only a short distance from Caen and is near the ring road which allows you to explore all parts of the region on very good roads.I would definitely recommend this property. "

"The rental property was everything it was advertised to be, very clean and the owners were extremely friendly. And even though there was a language barrier we were able to communicate. When we first arrived they went out of their way and drove with me to a ATM. I would definatley recommend this property to anyone traveling there, and would myself rent again if I return to that part of France."

Mon mari a été ravi de découvrir les charmes de la Normandie. Ce pied à terre était idéalement situé pour visiter Ouistreham et les plages du débarquement, Deauville, Cabourg Caen, Bayeux, Lisieux, Etretat, et mon port de pêche préféré, Honfleur avec son musée Boudin et les maisons Satie (plus d’une heure de plaisir musical),abbaye de Jumieges... La gentillesse et la discrétion de Jacky et Martine , l’agencement, la propreté et l’équipement ( rien ne manque) ont rendu possible nos virées journalières parfois sous la pluie, parfois sous le soleil. La località semplice e tranquilla, comoda e centrale per visitare gran parte della Normandia. L'appartamento, in perfetto orine e pulito, grande, confortevole e dotato di ogni comodità. La gentilissima Signora Martine parla un pò italiano e il Signor Jacky è molto simpatico. Ci hanno accolto cordialmente e ci hanno anche indicato una strada alternativa per il ritorno in Italia, in questo modo non abbiamo fatto code e abbiamo viaggiato bene. Un soggiorno davvero perfetto. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 5 jours / 4 nuits dans cette maison qui appartient à des propriétaires charmants. Dès notre arrivée, ils nous ont proposé un rafraîchissement et nous ont conseillé des restaurants et des endroits à visiter. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés, à l'écoute et font preuve de discrétion. L'appartement loué est propre, moderne et conforme à la description. Il est parfait pour 3/4 personnes. Il offre de l'intimité avec une grande chambre à coucher, et l'espace de vie est spacieux et bien agencé. L'appartement dispose d'une SDB et d'une salle d'eau, pratique lorsqu'on est 3 ou +. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Tout le nécessaire pour le ménage, la cuisine et la toilette est mis à disposition (torchons, serviettes de toilette, produits ménagers....). Il est situé dans un endroit calme, c'est l'idéal pour se ressourcer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommanderons chaudement cette location qui présente le meilleur rapport qualité /prix au vu de toutes nos recherches effectuées. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.

L'accueil de Mr et Mme Quesnel est parfait ! Le logement est très agréable,très propre,conforme à l'annonce, rien n'y manque.De plus, il est très bien situé si on veut visiter la Normandie. Nous le conseillerons sans aucun problème et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir si nous décidons de revenir dans le coin.Mr et Mme Quesnel sont présents mais avec beaucoup de discrétion. Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié, même le soleil était au rendez-vous !

"Je recommande a tous cette location, qui était vraiment très agrèable. Les proprietaires sont vraiment acceuillant, agréable,de bons conseils pour visiter la region. L''appartement est très bien décoré, très propre, on y manque de rien. De plus nous sommes a 10km de caen, facile d''accès, et la normandie est une très belle région. Ma fille de 3 ans et demi a adoré aussi. Si nous devions revenir dans la region, je relouerais volontier chez ces personnes, qui ont vraiment eu un acceuil chaleureux. Un grand merci a vous deux."
