Brand new chalet, ideal location within les Crosets at 1.800m altitude. the chalet enjoys a magnificient view on the Dents du Midi, and is conceived in order to minimise environmental impact : heat pump, reinforced isolation, floor heating, wood fire stove will considerably limit energy consumption by the chalet. 7 rooms, 5 bath rooms (2 bath and 3 showers), and a sauna. higher floor is dedicated to a large full equipped american style kitchen, and the living room, under an impressive timber structure. 4 balconies, 4 parking places (1 inside the garage). parquet floor in all rooms + the living rooms. quality finishing and furniture.

We stayed in the beautiful chalet with 15 people of our family and really loved the spacious set up and great location. The house has sun almost all day and a great view of the Dents du Midi. Because of the good snow conditions we were able to ski in and ski out almost to the doorstep. Highly recommended.

me and my family rented out this chalet for a family vacation. The owner did not clearly communicate with me that the cleaning of the property was my responsibility post visit. I emailed the property owner multiple times during my stay to ask where to throw the garbage however did not get a reply. When I left I was hit with a cleaning bill of £600 extra. This is ridiculous and fraudulent! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE HIT WITH RANDOM BILL WHEN LEAVING!

The chalet is beautiful, clean and modern! The location is remote with a gorgeous view! In the summer You can walk 20 min to the Relais, a great place for kids, playground, animals, restaurant and a view . The only thing missing is an outdoor terrace in the summer. There are plenty of balcony but a deck with a hot tub would make it perfect! The number of rooms and bathrooms make it perfect for family reunions. We had some unfortunate issues due to the weather during our stay but communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Hughes is available before and during you stay and easy to work with . We will miss waking up to the Dents du Midi!

Very scenic !!The property is modern and has all the facilities a family would require.I strongly recommend and would love to do another holiday in future.The nearby town Champery is half an hour drive by car and it has shopping facilities and one can do all the activities from there. Free chair lift for all the visitors is amazing and allow you to do so many activities with little cost or no cost. The information centre in Champery provides all the information a tourist would need and it’s easily accessible as it opens 7 days a week. It’s a heaven for tourists who love mountain holiday.

Das Chalet is sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt sehr viel Paltz für gemeinsames Beisammensein: Essen gemütlich sitzen, Sauna. Die Schlafzimmer bieten genügend Platz und habe meist einen schönen Blick. Die Lage is auch hervorragend, sehr ruhig und nah am Skigebiet.

Un chalet magnifique, construit dans de très beaux matériaux, très bien équipé. Une vue époustouflante, un environnement beau et calme. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur. Nous nous sommes sentis "chez nous" pendant notre séjour. Le propriétaire nous a donné plein de bonnes idées de randonnées splendides.

Deze woning is zeer compleet. Zelfs gourmetstel aanwezig. Het ligt aan een rustige weg. Uitzicht prachtig. Klingelende koeienbellen overal te horen. Veel wandelmogelijkheden. Fijn dat we met de multipass in alle stoeltjesliften, kabelbaan en zwembad konden. De houtkachel was lekker warm en gezellig. We hebben met 4 volwassenen en 8 kinderen een heel fijne week gehad!

Great chalet in a very quiet area close to the skilifts of Les Crossets. Beautiful view from the balconies (there are several). You can enjoy the sunset behind the mountains. Large kitchen and living area, the sleeping rooms are located on the two ther floors. Many bathrooms. We stayed with 12 people, 6 of them kids. You can store your skis and warm your skiboots in the garage. We took the car to the lifts (4 minutes) because there was not enough snow to start from the chalet. 2 Raclette grills available, also TV flat screen. Large fridge with a freezer, toaster, normal coffe machine and nespresso. Very nice and easy and friendly communication with the landlord. We recommend staying at the chalet

Prestations haut de gamme (charme, confort, espaces de vies, chambres, salles de bain) dans un chalet magnifique sur les hauts des Crosets. Merveilleuse semaine de ski à 14 (départ et retour skis aux pieds si la neige le permet) avec tout le nécessaire. Très bonne communication avec notre hôte également. Au plaisir de revenir.

Las fotos corresponden completamente con la realidad de la casa. Esta en un sitio precioso y es una casa muy cómoda y amplia. El acceso a las pistas de esquí es fácil y el retorno también. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias. El dueño da todas las facilidades y esta muy atento a todos los problemas que puedan surgir. En resumen, unas casa perfecta para pasar unos días de esquí.

La description de ce chalet correspond entièrement à la réalité. La chalet est magnifique, moderne, avec de belles chambres, ayant des salles de bain ou de douche attenantes et spacieuses, de grands lits équipés de bons matelas. La cuisine est grande, bien équipée en vaisselle et électroménagers. Le top est le sauna. Nous étions 8 adultes et 10 enfants entre 2 semaines et 14 ans et chacun a trouvé sa place et s'est senti à l'aise. Le chalet était propre à notre arrivée et très bien chauffé. Il est situé direction sud/ouest et la vue depuis le balcon vers les Dents du Midi est époustouflante. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des télésièges et l'accès direct des pistes au chalet. Les non-skieurs sont montés plusieurs fois avec les enfants (même en pousse-pousse) au Restaurant Le Relais où il y a un parc animalier avec des alpakas et poneys et où les enfants ont pu luger. La vue panoramique est superbe. Le contact avec le propriétaire était excellent et il a toujours répondu rapidement et avec précision à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons donc cette location.

Quel endroit de rêve !!! Tout d'abord ce Châlet est magnifiquement situé dans un petit hameau (Cretex) au dessus des Crosets offrant la plus belle vue qu'il y ait sur les dents du midi. Ensuite on y accède à ski depuis les pistes et on rejoint les pistes à ski aussi sans aucun effort (top pour les enfants). Le Châlet est très vaste et bien aménagé avec 7 belles et confortables chambres toutes équipées de placards, draps, etc. Il y a un vaste séjour ouvert sur la cuisine le tout sous une magnifique charpente. Le Châlet est très beau et moderne à la fois et décoré avec quelques éléments seventies très sympa. Le top du top est le grand sauna...génial après le ski !!!! Merci aux propriétaires pour ces vacances superbes, on reviendra c'est sur.... !!!! Peut-être même en été car cela doit être aussi super sympa (nombreuses promenades depuis le Châlet et circuits en VTT et restos d'altitude) ...cela nous tente bien aussi.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce chalet un peu à l'écart de la ville et très bien équipé. De l'espace et des équipements de qualité avec une vue magnifique et inoubliable !!! Tout était comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un soleil magnifique toute la semaine pour profiter à fond de ce moment. Un bon rapport qualité-prix quand on veut passer des vacances en famille ou entres amis dans de bonnes conditions.

Chaque personne de notre groupe composé de plusieurs familles a trouvé sa place et son intimité dans ce chalet très bien conçu, le nombre de salle de bains étant très confortable. Déco sympathique mais la table nous a semblé un peu juste et oblige à placer les enfants autour de l'ilot central. Avons apprécié le sauna en fin de journée. La vue depuis le balcon est magnifique. L'enneigement suffisant cette semaine nous a permis de quitter et revenir au chalet ski aux pieds. A défaut, il faut descendre en voiture ou aller rejoindre la piste la plus proche (800 m en remontant à pied et uniquement pour les sportifs !) Les non -skieuses avec bébé se sont trouvées assez isolées, trop loin du village... Avons improvisé une piste de luge extraordinaire aux abords du chalet, fous rires garantis !!!! A recommander vivement !
