Good staff, good communications great location.

Just returned from a family snowboarding half term holiday.
The hotel is in a great location for both the shops and the ski lifts.
The spa is very clean and has a great lay out.
The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
Reception is lovely with great staff who all speak fantastic English.
Room had a large balcony too.
Towels, soaps and bed linen is all supplied. (you do have to rent robes).
Only changes I would have made are-
Fold out sofa beds are not very comfy.
I would have liked more / bigger bed pillows.
Ensure you do the infantry check when you turn up.
Otherwise, a great hotel that I will definitely be returning to in to future.
