Seasonal rental. Air-conditioned apartment located on the ground floor in a luxury residence. Type 2 of 47m2, for 4 people, fully equipped as new. 1 bedroom with bathroom. Separate WC. Living room with open kitchen opening onto a 15m2 covered terrace in front of the swimming pool.
The rental is available all year round, weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

Excursions and walks
Many activities are offered in the mountains. There is something for everyone, canyoning, via ferrata, quad biking, walking or horse riding.
Visit the Alta Rocca, climb up to the village of Quenza, where you can access after 20 minutes a walk in natural baths and discover the "waterfall of the bride"
Take a stroll to Zonza or Bavella where the flaming needles will welcome you.
Visit Saint Lucia of Tallano, a small village at the entrance to the Alta Rocca.
Cavu and its natural pools, the Ospedale forest
For the more athletic take the GR 20 which crosses Corsica by the ridges of Calenzana to Conca
A visit to the Bonifacio cliffs, about 30 minutes by car, is essential. Go up to the citadel, overlook the Gulf and see the Sardinian coasts.
What about the most beautiful beaches (Saint Cyprien, Cala rossa, Pinarellu, Palombaggia, Santa Giullia ...),
The nearest diving club is 5 minutes away in the bay of Saint Cyprien.
If you like horse riding what could be more beautiful than galloping in the early morning on the magnificent Palombaggia beach and having the pleasure of a horse-riding swim

Endroit paradisiaque, très bien situé, près des magnifiques plages de St Cyprien et de Cala Rossa. Appartement très propre et très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Je conseille vivement !!!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour à Cala rossa Appart! Bel appartement très bien équipé,avec la piscine qui est un plus, et à proximité des plages et des commerces. Des vacances idylliques dans un petit coin de paradis.

Excellente base pour profiter de la région, avec deux belles plages à proximité. Appartement moderne et tout équipé avec de la vaisselle et des équipements modernes. Il y a même le barbecue au gaz pour une vraie sensation vacances. Le parasol fourni est un plus aussi. La piscine est bien entretenue et un régale pour se rafraichir tout au long du séjour.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à visiter le sud Corse.
Le logement d'Armelle et Patrick est très bien situé pour découvrir un axe Porto Vecchio-Bonifacio-Propriano. Il est aussi très bien équipé (tout l'électroménager comme à la maison !) et se situe dans une résidence très calme. Délicate attention aussi des propriétaires qui vous offrent une bouteille d'un très bon rosé Corse.
A recommander les yeux fermés.
