About this house rental
Privileged location for this mini-villa, 300 meters from the beautiful beach of St Cyprien, near Porto-Vecchio. Shops, leisure and beach within walking distance.
The mini-villa is located in a residence, it is planned for 4 people:
- living room with double sofa bed
- double bedroom upstairs, shower room, WC
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer ...)
- 2 terraces with garden furniture and barbecue for your meals
Security deposit: 500.00 euros
Cleaning deposit 50.00 euros: final cleaning is not included, it remains the responsibility of the tenant.

Easy communication with the host. The mini villa was perfect described, we found it as expected. Good equipment for an easy and relaxing holiday, even when you like cooking. Supermarket, bakery and bar/restaurant in walking distance.
I would recommend it everytime.
