About this apartment rental
In the bay of Saint Cyprien duplex apartment at 70m from the beach with views of the marine lake (entry of sea water in the land that goes around a small island and comes out to the sea).
Located in a small residence it is composed as follows:
1st level: equipped kitchen area (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle),
a living room that opens onto a loggia with a barbecue for the pleasure of grilling.
The living room is equipped with a flat screen television.
Shower room with 1wc.
2nd level: 2 air conditioned rooms (1 with 1 bed 140 and the other with 2 beds 90, 1 separate toilet).
Our customers have private parking.
Small shops nearby (mini market, bakery tea room, butcher, newspapers, post office, restaurants etc. ..) And all water sports (scuba diving, boat rentals, sailing, water-skiing, bike rental etc.). ..

Nachdem wir uns nach 9 Jahren in Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio eine neue Unterkunft suchen mussten, hatten wir große Bedenken, ob wir noch einmal so viel Glück bei der Auswahl haben würden. Die Bedenken waren völlig unbegründet. Wir wurden von Mme Terrazzoni sehr freundlich empfangen und haben eine überaus saubere, perfekt ausgestattete, liebevoll eingerichtete und gut klimatisierte Unterkunft vorgefunden. Die Terrasse als erweitertes Wohnzimmer ist sicher das Highlight. Zur Lage braucht man nichts sagen. Weniger als 100 m zu einem der schönsten Strände der Insel, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe, aber im Juni trotzdem ruhig. Mehr als 5 Punkte kann man leider nicht geben. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Très bon accueil, la propriétaire est très agréable. Le logement est très bien placé, fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

La situation géographique, l appartement et ses équipements, les plages au pied de la résidence, facilité de stationnement, le calme.

Appartement au top car par chance nous avons était surclassé au plus proche de l eau dans un appartement bien plus grand que nous prendrons sans hésiter avec une grande terrasse pour les repas entre amis !!! Paule est juste au top merci encore 😊
