Located on the 2nd floor in a small pedestrian street in the historic heart of La Rochelle (rue des Mariettes), 50 m from the town hall, 100 m from the Market and 300 m from the Old Port, between 2 of the busiest shopping streets in La Rochelle (rue Saint-Yon and rue des Merciers).

Completely renovated and equipped in May 2013, it includes a BZ (bed 140 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm), an LCD TV, a micro-channel (Radio, CD, USB), a kitchen area ( Induction hobs, combined oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker) and a shower room (shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer).

Bed linen and household linen can be supplied as an option.

Nous avons passé une super semaine. Bruno et Philippe sont des hôtes accueillants et soucieux du bien être des locataires. Nous avons été reçu par Bruno. Le logement était propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé. Nous avons même eu droit à une petite attention de bienvenue. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Le logement est très propre, confortable et a une situation idéale au centre ville de La Rochelle. Le marché couvert et le vieux port sont à 5 minutes de marche à peine et tous les commerces sont à accessibles à pieds. Les propriétaires sont sympas et réactifs.
