We enjoyed the view of the port and Nice proper in the background. We walked everywhere and took the bus to Villefranche and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The public transportation system is very efficient and inexpensive (1.70 Euro). Very good stay overall!

Excellent property - had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped.The best view from the balcony.Check in process was great- owner communicated regularly and lady onsite was so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.

As a family, we spent a week of our summer vacation in Nice. We were warmly welcomed by Noelle, who gave us all the information we needed and was also available to answer any questions we had during our stay. It is a great starting point for exploring Nice and also for excursions - e.g. by boat to Monaco or by train to Cannes. Communication with the owner beforehand was also great. We will definitely come back to Nice and would love to spend time in this accommodation again.

Vue imprenable sur Nice, par contre machine à laver le linge dans les parties communes et payante, la location du linge nous a été imposé et donc payée 30€ à la sortie, attention à vos contrat de location.Par contre Noëlle qui nous a accueillie est très gentille et dispo.
