About this house rental
In the middle of a 240-hectare forest, allowing for beautiful walks but also all the space needed for joggers in peace, the house is located in a very quiet environment and ideal for children who live in full freedom. This upscale estate offers 6 tennis courts - heated and covered communal pool (closed for work until October 2020) - club house- children's activities - caretaker.
Very quiet location but close to many activities: Lake Saint Gatien with its aquatic activities, golf, go-karting, horse clubs.
Near the shops of Pont l'Eveque (town centre trade and supermarket) and has only 11km from Deauville and Trouville with their beaches, restaurants, shops, casinos, cinemas.
The location of the house in a residential area means that parties and noisy evenings are not allowed to ensure your tranquillity.
Ideal for family.
The charming house offers beautiful volumes with its large living room- library allowing pleasant evenings at the corner of the fireplace (wood provided) , but also TV with canal, wifi, small music chain, chess table.
The garden allows you to meet in the sun (even in Normandy) and have lunch on its large outdoor table next to the BBQ while the children take advantage of the lawn to play and spend time.
The house is entirely for you and not shared
