Enjoy a panoramic view at all times, from the outside and inside of the house thanks to a large glazed space, a high terrace and a covered terrace, all overlooking Lake Epinay.
La Maison du Lac 2, located in the Normande tourist resort, near the Grand Casino and 1000 m from the town and its shops, is located in the middle of a 1400 m² garden facing south-west without vis-à-vis , in a natural and remarkable environment. It enjoys a superb view and direct access to Lake Epinay.
It is a pretty house of contemporary spirit very comfortable with neat decoration. The space and the light make it a place conducive to relaxation in any season: very spacious living room, bar, fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with different atmospheres, bathroom with basin and bath, separate shower room. 1000 meters from the traditional Norman village, the house offers an idyllic and relaxing setting, giving the opportunity for multiple walks between lake and forest, barbecue, fishing trips at the end of the garden, fitness trail, bike rides on the Green Avenue and why not ... evening at the casino and relaxation session at the SPA of the Domaine de Forges. labeled Family Plus,
Activities, shopping, restaurants are less than 1 km away.
The rental of bicycles (left at home on request) is a real plus for outings.

Lovely quiet situation overlooking the tranquil lake, great walks on the door step for the dog and the town centre is a 5 min drive away with all the conveniences you need. Some great restaurant recommendations from Martine - thank you!
