We were given the wrong access code. We tried contacting the host to no avail. We finally called Booking emergency. We waited outside for over 2 hours before we were sent the new code. Unacceptable.
the kitchen, the toilet, the cutlery, we were told there were covers for the bed but they were unacceptable not clean. Walk up to the apartement was over 50 steps. The rudeness and inconvenience caused to us upon our arrival.
