Nature lovers, if you want to recharge your batteries, this is the place for you
This renovated 160 m² Farm can accommodate up to 10 people
It is located 20 km from Grenoble / Isère airport, 50 km from GRENOBLE, 60 km from VALENCE, 90 km from LYON and close to motorways
The Gîte is located one hour from the first family ski slopes (Chartreuse and Vercors)
You can find a magnificent view of the Vercors, Chartreuse and Pilat mountains as well as the Chambaran forest
The Farm is not vis-à-vis, in a closed ground of 15,000 m² that can accommodate horses, quads and motorcycles (see conditions) 2.5 km away, you can find the town center with grocery store, bakery, butcher, tobacco -press, pharmacy, Tourist Office
This gite includes on the ground floor:
-A living room of 45 m² very bright with underfloor heating + fireplace with TV and Internet
- A fully equipped built-in kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge)
- A laundry area with washing machine and indoor and outdoor hanging
- A toilet
- A garage with automatic opening for 2 cars (40m² attached). You will find a 200 L chest freezer, barbecue and wood available.
Upstairs:
-Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double sink
-WC
-4 spacious bedrooms with wall cupboards:
Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2: 2 single beds in each bedroom
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm)
Bedroom 4: 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm), 1 single bed, 1 baby bed with accessories
You can enjoy the large 35 m² terrace with garden furniture, barbecue.
For boules players, the landscaped field runs alongside the house (see photo)
Our friends the animals are accepted (see conditions)
You can have family celebrations there in peace (meals 40-50 people inside or even more outside

- Hiking trails on site
-Bike tour on site
-Lake fitted out from ROYBON at 5 min for swimming
- Aquatic center at 15 km
-Acrobranche, Golf and Fishing
-Autumn: Picking mushrooms and listening to the deer slab (If you are patient, maybe you can see them in the surrounding fields !!)
-Visits to historic sites within 20 minutes:
- Ideal Palace of the Postman Horse in Hauterives
-Museum Berlioz at the Côte St André
-Abbey of St Antoine
-Bressieux Castle
-Priority of Marnans
