This renovated farmhouse with an area of 160 m² can host up to 10 people
It is located 20 km from the airport Grenoble / Isère, 50 km from Grenoble, 60 km from Valencia, 90 km from Lyon, 20 km airport Grenoble / Isère (near highways)
The cottage is located one hour of the first family ski slopes (Chartreuse and Vercors)
You can find a beautiful view of the Vercors, Chartreuse and Pilat and Forest Chambaran
La Ferme is without vis-à-vis, in a closed ground of 15 000 sqm for horses, quads and bikes (see conditions) A 2.5 km you will find the town center with grocery, bakery, butcher, tobacco -press, pharmacy, Tourist Office
This cottage includes the ground floor:
-A Living room of 45 m² very bright with floor heating + fireplace with TV and Internet
- A kitchen incorporated fully equipped (microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator)
- A laundry room with washing machine and indoor and outdoor clothesline
- A WC
- An automated opening 2 car garage (40m² attached). There is a chest freezer 200 L, barbecue and wood available.
