About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 100 m² gîte for rent in Saint-Clair-sur-Galaure, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a 25 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a lounge, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden overlooking a river. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
First floor
- 25 m² living room with dining area and open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, armchair and TV
- A cabin with sofa bed
- Bathroom (with shower)
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: single bed (90×190) and bunk bed (sleeps 2)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine.
Exterior:
- Inflatable Jacuzzi, approx. 1.9×1.5 m, available from May 15 to September 15.
- A beautiful 400 m², private, enclosed, south-west-facing garden to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Clair-sur-Galaure, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are just a few kilometers away...

- Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval approx. 10 min (9.2 km) by car
- Oasis Aventura park approx. 5 min (5.2 km) by car
- Spa Oasis Natura approx. 5 min (3.8 km) by car

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gîte's private parking lot (1 vehicle) or in front of the gîte (1 vehicle).

- Nearest train station: Saint-Marcellin station about 31 min (26.9 km) away.
- Nearest airport: Grenoble-Alpes-Isère airport approx. 27 min (26.1 km) away.
