1) very easy parking right out the front - free 2) room was very comfortable and spacious 3) great view from small balcony 4) good sized shower, with good water pressure.

Elegant, modern, spacious accommodation in excellent location close to town and beautiful lake walks

Our room was so spacious and elegant with the large windows and extremely comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom with plenty of space to put your toiletries. Fantastic location with amazing walks around a beautiful lake yet only a short walk to the town centre. The hotel is in a modern complex surrounded by good eating places and shops, including an excellent cinema where we saw a great movie. The complimentary spa was a great bonus. Friendly staff made our stay memorable and would definitely stay here again!

Shame it was only for 1 night as I could have stayed in bed longer looking at the lovely view.

Location was good with a choice of food options you could walk to. The friendly staff. The room was lovely felt very spacious with floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto a small balcony to stand on and look at the amazing views. The bed was a great size and very comfortable. And the bathroom had everything you could need.

Personal choice, I didn’t like the t bags.

Location , rooms were very comfortable and well equipped . Good outlook to lake ( through the trees) I didn’t have breakfast but the buffet looked very good

Small issue but pillows were too dense for me . 2 pillows of different sizes but neither suited me but probably ok for most folk

5 stars for comfort, service & cleanliness - the lake behind the property was stunning.

Despite the Hotel being in an unexpected location when you first arrive, the property turned out to be our favourite accommodation of the trip. Rooms were spotless, SO comfortable & well appointed. We booked a lake side room which was surprisingly peaceful & restful. There’s a Restaurant on site offering dinner, drinks & breakfasts - food & service were very enjoyable. Downstairs in the shopping complex there were plenty of other food options to explore. We loved the private hot tub with views of the beautiful Parkside vegetation. Laundry on site for guests at a small cost. Free parking out the front.

Amazing staff, immaculate room, specialist teas in room, luxury milk from the creamery. Beautiful breakfast, also good value. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

Ok place - clean and good location

Good location - a short walk into town and by the lake. Very clean

The lift was broken, the gym was being refurbished. The air con unit was very strong so felt like a wind blowing on you

Loved the rooms, the space, the beds, the seating, staff, location, the breakfast! Would definitely stay again if I could get a firm pillow. Great place!!!

The pillows- way too soft and mushy-can't sleep on pillows where my head sinks in. You need firmer pillows. But the bed was great!

Was a fairly good stay, I don’t think it met the standard that was portrayed on the website.

Breakfast was delicious, coffee was great and the waitress who served us was fantastic. Thank you☺️

I felt quite confused when we arrived. I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be in the middle of a shopping centre. I thought it would be less busy due to what I saw on the website. Also, there was no one at reception. Although there was a phone and note to say who to call, it wasn’t the greatest start to our stay. We stayed on the 2nd floor and it got quite noisy at times.
