Villa La Rogaia is located in a panoramic position in the middle of nature above Lake Trasimeno in Umbria, on the border with Tuscany, near Cortona, Perugia, Assisi.

You are looking for a cheap and spacious holiday apartment in Umbria for 2 - 4 people, e.g. B. for a family with one or two children? Do you love sunlight and a large terrace? Then we recommend our apartment 'La Grapo' (50 sqm) for 2 - 4 people in the small holiday home of La Rogaia: Through large windows, the rays of the afternoon and evening sun fall into all rooms and bathe them in warm light. The rooms appear airy due to high ceilings that make the beam construction visible. The bathroom, the kitchenette and all the floors, like the hand-made washbasin, are made of honey-yellow Pietra di Palladio natural stone. The large terrace in front of the apartment is surrounded by trees and bushes and offers a lot of privacy. From the meadow next to the house you have a wonderful panoramic view of the rolling Umbrian hills, in the distance the elegant silhouette of Monte Amiata. Family discount also during the holiday season (high season): EUR 50 per week!

Villa La Rogaia has a total of six holiday apartments for two to six people (some of which are barrier-free, wheelchair accessible). All apartments are designed with lovely details: natural stone floors, sinks or marble kitchenettes, open fireplaces, works of art, flowers and a welcome basket.
The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with a pool. Own terraces, seats and gardens all apartments allow undisturbed rest. Pets are welcome.
The house is located in the middle of nature approx. 4 km from Castel Rigone near Passignano s. T. removed. We also offer wellness, hiking, health weeks and creative courses.

Ich bin ja immer ein wenig skeptisch, ob alles so stimmt wie in der Werbung angegeben, wurde aber aufs angenehmste überrascht.
La Rogaia ist noch viel schöner als auf der Website.
Die Besitzer haben einen ausführlichen Ordner mit Informationen über alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann, vorbereitet. Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Überhaupt war die Betreuung und Information bereits im Vorfeld bemerkenswert und weit außerhalb des Üblichen (z.B. ausführliche Wegbeschreibung, Informationen zum Haus). In der Form hab ich das nirgenwo anders erlebt.
Die Wohnung war sauber, großzügig, sehr schön eingerichtet, mit einer großen Sonnenterrasse.
Die Besitzer immer hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich.
Die Katzen des Hauses haben uns sofort adoptiert, und auch mit der Fuchsdame, die uns ab und zu besuchen kam, und sich gern füttern ließ, haben wir schnell Freundschaft geschlossen.
Kurzum, wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, und werden sicher wiederkommen.
