Immersed in the green hills of Umbria, 700 meters above sea level, in an ideal setting for excursions in the surrounding area (Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Siena, ...) and walks in the woods, the house for exclusive use completely at guests' disposal, it is located right in front of the enchanting ancient village of Preggio, known for its history and for its numerous cultural and gastronomic events (Preggio music festival, Preggio in time, The chestnut festival).
The house, independent but not isolated, has a large equipped garden (1000 sqm), shaded and completely fenced, where you can spend moments of pleasant relaxation in contact with nature. Inside, renovated with care and with quality materials, there is a bright living room with a characteristic wooden loft, the stove, the fireplace, the open kitchen, the dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, which is accessed via a narrow and a bit steep staircase, the laundry and a recreation room with a large fireplace complete the house.

The house is simply a perfect place for enjoying some relaxing holidays. Perfect for the location with easy access to towns, medieval hilltop villages and parks; perfect for the functionality with easy and practical solutions for every day life; perfect for the charm of the details and overall perfect for the relax and refreshment that the house was giving to us. The garden offers several spots where to seat or lay down under the sun or shadow. But mostly, the garden offers a great refreshing place where to cool down from the heat of the day.
Rossella has been one of the greatest host, welcoming us with a warm smile, showing the place with care, giving the needed information on how to move around and being super fast in replying to any question we had.
We can only highly recommend this place and we can assure that we will go back one day to catch up with all what we could not do as well as to enjoy again the quietness and relax of this house
