About this house rental
In the village of L'Epine fisherman's house, typical Vendée farmhouse, one-storey with walls of 0.60 (stone coated) renovated in 2015: charm and authenticity.
The decoration is neat and the whole exudes a feeling of rest and serenity.
Our garden accessible by a French window is planted with local essences: arbutus, fig tree, lavender and aromatic herbs with Mediterranean scents.
In annex a charming and old house base of 35m2 completely insulating the property of the small street of PE DUR allows the storage of bicycles and beach equipment.
Baby equipment available: cot, high chair.
The Mimosa Island is offered to you come to discover it.

We had a fabulous holiday. The house is as charming as the pictures, the owner met us when we arrived with a lovely welcome and some really nice wine, the location is brilliant..centre of village, beside an excellent boulangerie, restaurants, cycle rental and the market area (market is brilliant..don't miss the fish stand). Walking distance to beach..600m. L'Epine is very central and we rented bikes and had great fun on the many cycle paths.would definitely stay here again.

Ruhiges, schönes, kleines Fischerhaus, in dem alles vorhanden ist und funktioniert, bzw. vom freundlichen Hausherren und seiner Frau (,die im Nachbarort wohnen,) i.O. gebracht wird. Schöner Garten mit Büschen und Bäumchen sowie Gewürzen zum Gebrauch; in der Nähe gleich zwei Bäcker und Restaurants sowie der Markt. Unweit vom Radweg durch die Marais Salants oder nach allen Teilen der Insel, dazu ein Fahrradschuppen mit zwei Fahrrädern. Elektroheizung.
