1. We arrived at the hotel at 13.40 and the staff said the check in at 14.00 pm (as it written in the application). But when the time came (14.00) the room wasn't ready and we had to wait 25 minutes to get into our damp room. It took 3 hours to make the room "dry" by turned on the AC. The staff were good tho. 2 The Wifi/internet was very bad. We stayed at 2nd floor and the Wifi couldn't reach us well.
