Die Lage ist einmalig mit Blick auf die Promenade. Zum Centrum sind es circa 20 Minuten durch den Park.
Der Kühlschrank müsste mal kontrolliert werden, da er in Abständen sehr laute Geräusche macht,besonders nachts ist es sehr störend

Sehr gute Lage, Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Parkplatz vorhanden, kurze Wege zum Strand und auf die Promenade, Frühstückmöglichkeit direkt am Haus. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin.
Die erste Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte als WhatsApp Freunschaftsanfrage. Habe diese Anfrage als SPAM gesehen und gelöscht. Somit gabs Probleme bei der Ankunft und der Schlüsselübergabe. Nach Beseitigung des Mißverständnisses hat alles bestens funktioniert, sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Also vor Löschung einer Freunschaftsanfrage bei WhatsApp den Kontakt prüfen.

Die Lage ist ideal.Der Ausblick genial.Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Wir waren zu Dritt da, jeder hatte seinen eigenen Schlafbereich obwohl das Wohnkonzept offen ist.
