Welcome to the Elder Carriage House -- a charming and private guesthouse in the heart of Boulder! Minutes from the vibrant Pearl Street Mall, hiking trails and Mount Sanitas, CU-Boulder, and Sundance Film Festival venues, this cozy retreat is the perfect home base for your Boulder adventures.
Enjoy your morning coffee and stellar views of the mountains and iconic Flatirons from your sun-filled private deck, perched above grape arbors, apple trees, and flower gardens. Walk three blocks to Whole Foods/Ideal Market, Breadworks, Beleza Coffee, or Sweet Cow Creamery for a treat.
Fully appointed kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils. And when it's time to relax, enjoy the comforts of home with the in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning and heating, and plush linens.
With convenient, on-site parking, the ECH is a purpose-built, private, mini- residence for discerning professionals and travelers, not a basement apartment or a condo unit.

The studio condo is great. David and Norie are great hosts. The location is ideal for central Boulder. The studio has everything you need. The deck is incredible. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

This was our second year at this fantastic place. We thought it was great last year, but the improvements that have been made to this place made it even better. The kitchen is great, the bed fantastically comfortable, and the overall layout felt far roomier than one might expect. We hope to visit again!
