Welcome to the Elder Carriage House, a secluded, sun-drenched, standalone, 600sf mini-residence featuring a private entrance, expansive deck with Flatiron views, and just a short walk to Pearl Street. Crafted for discerning travelers who appreciate privacy, comfort, and sustainable design, the ECH is a purpose-built guest cottage perched above a peaceful landscape of grape arbors, apple trees, and flower gardens -- not a condo or basement apartment.

The ECH is perfectly positioned for you to experience the best of Boulder's food, culture, and outdoor lifestyle: 0.9 miles to Boulder's famous Pearl Street district of shops and restaurants (Frasca, Oak, Corrida); 0.9 miles to a world class network of hiking trails and Mt. Sanitas; and, just three blocks to Whole Foods' Ideal Market, Moe's Bagels, Beleza coffee, Santo, Skratch Cafe, or Sweet Cow Creamery. Five blocks to the North Boulder Recreation Center (sauna, hot tub, pool, tennis and pickleball, gym, and yoga + fitness).

Pied-à-Terre Kitchen: A fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel countertops, maple cabinetry, stovetop, oven, and a full suite of housewares. Sip your morning brew via Keurig or traditional French Press.
Rest & Recovery: Unwind in a premium Queen bed featuring a Colorado-made Denver Mattress (Steamboat innerspring) wrapped in plush, high-thread-count linens.

The studio condo is great. David and Norie are great hosts. The location is ideal for central Boulder. The studio has everything you need. The deck is incredible. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

This was our second year at this fantastic place. We thought it was great last year, but the improvements that have been made to this place made it even better. The kitchen is great, the bed fantastically comfortable, and the overall layout felt far roomier than one might expect. We hope to visit again!
