Our “sea pigeon” is a place of relaxation and recreation amidst idyllic nature and tranquility. The Baltic Sea coast is just under 300 m.
The "sea pigeon" offers space for up to five people (double bed in the bedroom, sofa bed in the living room) for the most beautiful days of the year.
The bright bedroom on the west side with evening sun invites you to dream. A spacious living kitchen with south-west orientation and a high-quality fitted kitchen as well as a comfortable sitting area with two armchairs and a couch are the centerpieces of your vacation home.
You will also find a spacious and modern bathroom with a large shower and toilet and a hallway with comfortable furnishings. Both from the kitchen area and from the living area you have access to the two terraces and the adjoining garden, which is reserved for you and invites you to linger, play for our very young guests or for a cozy barbecue evening.
For bicycles there are both bike racks in the outside area and a cellar in the house. Laundry can be washed in the in-house washing machines for a fee. WiFi is available in the apartment.

Die Wohnung hat alles was macht braucht um sich wohl und heimisch zu fühlen. Ausstattung super, Aufteilung toll. 2 Terrassen die man nutzen kann. Großzügiger Parkplatz.

Die Beschreibung hat uns zum Buchen bewegt und es hat uns sehr gefreut, dass der Inserat 100% dem tatsächlichen Zustand entspricht. Gemütlich und ideal in Rostocker Umgebung platziert, die paar hundert Meter zur Steilküste Nienhagen waren uns ebenfalls wert.
Alles in allem einen sehr positiven Eindruck.

Wir haben Ende Juni eine Woche in dieser FeWo einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, sogar eine Spielesammlung und Rommékarten sind vorhanden. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles funktioniert, es ist schön nach Hause zu kommen. Der Vermieter hat sich auch kurz nach Ankunft informiert, ob alles iO. ist, Tips für die Umgebung und Ausflugsziele gab es vom Hausmeister bei Schlüsselübergabe. Wir wussten vorher, das der Strand in der Nähe eine Steilküste ist, der Badestrand ist aber in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn man sich die Ferienwohnungen in Nienhagen und Umgebung direkt anschaut, alles dicht bebaut und teilweise direkt an vielbefahrenen Straßen, sind wir echt froh, diese hier gefunden zu haben.Dankeschön für diesen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder
