Our spacious apartment in the recently restored country house Ca'Ceccarone in the Gola del Furlo nature reserve in the Marche (central Italy) is the ideal home for responsible holidaymakers who appreciate the delights of genuine nature and Italian way of life. Far away from mass tourism, things in this haven of peace regain their original value.
Over a period of two years, the country house Ca'Ceccarone has been restored to its original state as "casa di campagna" with great attention to detail and exclusively using ecological materials - today it is a living space and a holiday dream. Traditional and modern were harmoniously combined, according to the motto "mountain spring water meets pellet heating".
The life in the apartment is open - just as we dream of the south: From the cozy living room opens the room to the spacious sun terrace. The kitchen offers nature and modern appliances - including a top-of-the-range Italian coffee machine! Two spacious bedrooms serve as a retreat and relaxation room. The overlong beds (2,20 meters!) are lovingly made by carpenter hand. Both rooms have their own ensuite bathroom with Italian tiles, marble and rain shower.
The Ca'Ceccarone is surrounded by a vast natural area that belongs to the country house. It can be used as Ruhepol, creative space, starting point for nature explorations and culinary excursions. The area and the weather are attractive almost all year round. A little tip for gourmets: Come in November - the truffle festival.
Outside the main season, the rooms are also available.
Hiking, mountain biking and trails are possible directly from the house, in the area there are plenty of hiking trails and mountain trails

The owner serves the renter with the most beautiful appartment and location. The appartment is the nicest we have ever had plus the appartment has a large supply of all necessary items one can think of, including basic food and a bottle of sparkling wine.
The owner made an appointment to pick us up so we were easily guided to the location of the appartment located in a national park.
To travel back to the more populated area will take some 15 minutes on a small and winding road.
We have enjoyed out visit very much.

Eine tolle, geschmackvolle und hochwertig eingerichtete Unterkunft, der man anmerkt, dass sich bei der Errichtung viele Gedanken gemacht wurden. Viel Komfort trotz/bei ökologisch gutem Gewissen. Und nichts ist irgendwie abgenutzt oder angestaubt von der vollausgestatteten Küche bis hin selbst zu Kleinigkeiten wie Büchern, Spielen oder Wanderführer alles top in Schuss.
Angesichts der Lage im Naturschutzgebiet sollte klar sein, dass es nicht zentral liegt. Dafür bekommt man Ruhe, eine wunderbare Sicht auf den Sternenhimmel, Wanderrouten vor der Tür und ob der Höhenlage auch im Hochsommer erträglichere Bedingungen. Doch das Beste ist zweifellos der Vermieter, der im ersten OG des Hauses wohnt. Hilfsbereit, nie aufdringlich und immer da, wenn man ihn brauchte (sogar dann, wenn man es selbst noch nicht wußte :-). Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, Herr Jahn, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Genießen Sie auch selbst weiterhin Ihr Kleinod.

Un piccolo angolo di paradiso: paesaggio stupendo, silenzio , natura e casa attrezzatissima, ampia, comoda e bellissima!
Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ottimo per giornate di pace e relax o per gite alla scoperta delle meraviglie delle Marche. Consigliatissimo!

Siano stati ospiti di Marcus per due giorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: il padrone di casa è stato superaccogliente e premuroso. La casa è in mezzo al parco del Furlo, in un contesto completamente verde e naturale:l ultimo tratto di strada è una strada bianca, che comunque abbiamo fatto senza difficoltà. Piacerà a chi cerca la quiete e la natura. La casa, di recente ristrutturazione, è accessoriata di tutto ciò che serve. Consigliata, anzi consigliatissima!
