About this villa rental
Villa Pola is located in Santa Margherita di Pula, in the south-western part of Sardinia, just 45 km from Elmas airport and 38 km from the city of Cagliari.
The house is situated in Is Morus, more precisely in one of the most elegant and reserved area condos, Saia, which is about 8 km from the town of Pula. The condo has two beaches, one large and one smaller and more private, and an area dedicated to sports. In addition, the inside of the communion you can directly access a rich shop.
Villa Pula is 100 meters from the sea and is surrounded by a private pine forest of about 2000 square meters, part of which is used as a parking lot for cars.
The house is built on two levels: the ground floor consists of a dining / living room very large divided into two areas, which leads to a fresh veranda, "he knows husk", furnished with wicker armchairs and sofas and a table with 8 chairs, to enjoy a wonderful dinner in the open air ...
The same floor has a kitchen complete masonry fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, with anticucina + adjacent bathroom with shower and, in the opposite wing of the house, a double bedroom + bathroom with stately tub / shower.
Upstairs there is a double room + stately bathroom with shower, another double bedroom, two double bedrooms and two further bathrooms (one with shower and bath).
Complete the house a pantry with additional fridge / freezer, a laundry room, a boiler room and an outdoor shower with hot water.
The house is suitable for couples or families, for a maximum of 10 people.

We go away every year as a family and Villa Elefra is by far the best we have stayed in. The swimming pool and the covered outside area were particular favourites with everybody. We love to buy fresh local produce and cook some of our own meals and there was every pot, pan, and utensil we could have possibly wanted or needed. There were 6 adults and 4 children and everything was perfect. We loved the eco friendly arrangements in the house and garden. We arrived on a late flight and it took the hire company two hours to allocate our cars (even though we had pre booked them) Maria graciously waited until after midnight to check us in and had provided us with drinks and a lovely selection of cakes which were delicious.. It is worth noting that the local shop and restaurants do not open until July but there is a good selection of supermarkets and restaurants in Pula a short drive away. Francesca and Maria were both extremely helpful with suggestions about restaurants and shops. We loved Thia beach, the lake with the flamingos, crystal clear sea and shallow safe swimming for the children. Francesca and Maria we can't thank you enough. Your home is beautiful and I hope we'll be able to come back one day

Wir, 2 Familien mit Teenagern, haben den Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus äusserst genossen. Die Gastgeber haben mit der umfassenden Ausstattung und dem herzlichen Empfang dafür gesorgt, dass es einem an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und danken Mari und Francesca für den herzlichen Kontakt!

House is in a nice position, close to Cala Verde beach and a supermarket. Francesca was a wonderful host. She made sure we had everything we needed.We had a wonderful time and we are looking forward to renting this great house again next year.
