The location, the view and also the ground floor apartment was first class, very spacious and so tastefully decorated.
The Apartment had all the lovely little touches, from fresh flowers on the table, to anything you could need being provided.
The hostess was on hand with anything we needed, was so cheerful and helpful and knew all the local parks, restaurants and shops.
I will definitely be staying again. We had such a lovely stay.

Michelle was an great host: messaging with directions and meeting us when we arrived. She was very friendly and informative. The flat was excellent with a comfortable settee and bed and had all we could need for our stay. The patio area was lovely and had the sun for most of the day. It is in an ideal location with a walk through 2 beautiful parks leading to the sea front, which made it perfect for us and our dog. A short five minute walk along Sketty Road brought us to the centre of Uplands which had numerous pubs, bars, restaurants etc many of which were dog-friendly. All in all it was a perfect stay.

Michelle was very welcoming and the location was perfect for the event we were attending. The rooms were also lovely and cool on a very hot day.
The spare bed wasn’t very comfortable but otherwise we were fine with the facilities.

The apartment was very badly in need of repairs and cleaning- shower dirty, window in kitchen area very moldy, shower door did not close, chunks of plaster missing throughout. Really dingy. Cat poo in garden. Sea view was little more than an inch through the buildings in front (not a massive issue but a misrepresentation)

the owner was looking out for us and gave details via text how to get there and to phone on arrival.
there was parking at the back of the garden.
we were shown how to use all of the electics and how to teum on the heating,
there were no dinner plates or mugs.
but the owner did get us some.
also she offered for our washing up to be done in her dishwaasher.

I couldn't find the fridge, my wife said there isn't one...maybe it had milk for tea? somewhere to store some of our things. The curtains let the light in early in the morning. And we could hear the occupants of the adjacent property talking and walking on stairs at 6.30 am.

The location was good and the flat was comfortable.
I didn't like the fact that I had no lock on my side of the adjoining door to the owners property.
It was also difficult washing up in the bathroom sink. There were a few items that I was expecting to be in the flat that were missing, however, I am sure they would have been supplied if I had asked.

The location was ideal as it was near daughter's place. The welcome from Michelle was great! The sitting room was cosy and the outside terrace was a good place to chill. Shower was excellent. :0)

The host was lovely.. far enough away from the town you had a nice walk. Comfortable bed and sofa.. welcoming, clean our cat settled extreemly well he didn't want to come home.... beaches are near by which are gorgeous... a live walk to mumbles down the coast walk... or you can hire a bike.. lovely cafes and restaurants near by in uplands you wouldn't want to eat in.... but if you did easy facilities to use... we had a cooked breakfast every morning.. tea and coffee facilities... we wanted for nothing... and a Seaview....
