It was a good property to rent. The landlady was very nice and went out of her way to help with any issues we had. The only issues we had with the apartment was the dirty and old sofa which the landlady said she would be replacing in the near future. I would definitely go back again.

O trato com administração é ótimo. Fica a observação quanto à limpeza, que está superficial, muito mofo e poeira em baixo da poltrona e sofá da sala. Sofá muito mal cheiroso, precisa lavar é melhor seria colocar material couríssimo, porque o tecido está sujo, manchado, mofado é fedido, causando alergia. Tem baratinhas na cozinha e armário de serviço. Deixei um galão (refil) de 20 litros que pode ser usado por outros. O banheiro suíte 2 precisa reforma. Mas já ficamos lá outra vez e minha esposa teve contato com a proprietária, e disse que é uma pessoa de excelente trato.

Apartamento excelente, localização ótima. Proprietária Elegante, educada e que tem quem a represente para resolver qualquer eventual problema no imóvel. Amei.

O apartamento tem excelente localização e ótimo espaço. Contudo, carece de melhor manutenção e limpeza antes da chegada do hóspede, pois o sofá da sala estava sujo e com pelos de animais, a pia do banheiro descolou da pedra, falta de detetizaçao (que foi parcialmente resolvido durante a estadia), além da necessidade de troca ou limpeza vigorosa dos armários da cozinha (ovos de insetos, teias de aranha). Dispõe de poucos utensílios na cozinha, mas todos os eletrodomésticos funcionam bem.
