About this apartment rental
A very nice, renovated apartment in Copacabana.
The building itself is Art Deco-style and has three elevators, a doorman, and 24-hour security. We’re surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and 24-hour pharmacies—and, of course, the famous Copacabana Beach! It’s just a two-minute walk from the front door!
The apartment originally had two bedrooms, but we decided to completely renovate it by expanding the bedroom.
The private room was completely soundproofed with 4 layers of drywall and acoustic insulation, ensuring a completely peaceful sleep, free from outside noise.
The subway is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, with bus and taxi service right at the front door.
The apartment is fully equipped with:
* Digital electronic lock, 100% secure for keyless entry into the apartment. A personalized code is provided for each guest.
* Double bed in the bedroom with a high-quality mattress featuring pocket springs and memory foam (NASA).
* Double sofa bed in the living room, Tok and Product recliner beds, and spare mattresses for additional guests.
* Split-system air conditioning
* 42" smart TV with Netflix, Globoplay, YouTube, and more.
* High-speed Wi-Fi internet access at 60 MB/s.
* Safe in the master bedroom (code provided upon request)
* Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and basic kitchenware.

O apartamento e super bem localizado, tem realmente tudo em volta (padaria, mercado, farmacia, etc). Muito fácil ir para qualquer lugar, é apenas 3quadras da praia caminhando. O Ramon foi muito gentil e prestativo. Seus país nos receberam e nos fizeram sentir realmente em casa com sua simpatia. Dica, se vc quer ir ao Revellion em Copacabana, este é o lugar... Está a poucas quadras do palco (que está em frente ao Copabana Palace Hotel). O local também nos fez sentir super seguros. Fomos informados que os proprietários estarão colocando um novo sofácama logo. Como muito bem me disse o Ramon, estacionamemento em Copabana é um problema sério. Recomendamos este apartamento sem problema. E pretendemos regressar no futuro.
