Beach Haven 7 is a duplex located just 100 yards from the beach in the quiet LEHYC area of Beach Haven. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in the upstairs unit. The upstairs master bedroom is located on its own level and has a king sized bed, a 40' flat screen TV, and a really nice private bathroom. On the main floor there is a queen sized bedroom, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. The living room has a 55" flat panel 4K Smart TV. Bamboo hardwood floors are throughout the home. There is a dining deck off the living room of the main floor. The upstairs unit has exclusive access to the rooftop deck which walks up from the dining deck and offers great ocean views. There is an outdoor shower and use of the patio in the back yard with a large gas grill. The home has central air in the upper unit. Other amenities include wireless internet, cable TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, pots and pans, toaster, coffee makers, blender, glasses, and dishes. 4 beach badges are provided. NO CLEANING FEE!
Service Fees: Service fees are solely determined by, charged by and paid to VRBO. These fees are not controlled or collected by the owner.
Taxes: VRBO is required by the State of NJ to charge and collect 11.625% tax on all rentals processed through this site.
Prices: Prices vary by season, nights booked, and listing service. We do not price match.

3. No pets permitted. Please note, if you or someone in your group has a severe pet allergy.... While we do not allow pets, our house is NOT “pet free” as pets have stayed in the house previously. While our house is cleaned thoroughly throughout the year, we cannot say that it is “pet free” or free of all pet allergens.
4. There is one external security camera on the front of the property overlooking the driveway/parking area.

Had a nice time this past weekend. There was plenty of room and the house is a block from the beach!

Beach Haven 7 was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teens and 1 senior). A nice sized 4 bedroom with comfortable outdoor seating. We loved the rooftop deck and went out there to watch the gorgeous sunsets and even a sunrise. It is within 2 minutes walking distance to the beach. We rode our bikes to the Bay Village for ice cream and fudge. The house had a good supply of cooking equipment and utensils. We used the grill. The outdoor shower right at the driveway was nice to get the sand off. And both bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying at Beach Haven 7 again.

The house was set up beautifully for our Family of 4 (Although 6 would have been comfortable). We loved the 2nd floor master suite with the king bed and oversized master bathroom.
The property location is absolutely fantastic! Steps to the beach and within walking distance (10 blocks) of all the best Beach Haven restaurants and shopping.
And the roof deck was the icing on the cake! Private with stunning views of the island.
We highly recommend this property!
