About this house rental
3 day weekends available off season.
During season - 7 day rentals which start on Saturday.
Of course we have Wireless internet.
1st floor: Remodeled 2012. Downstairs has central air conditioning. 1 king size bedroom, 1 queen bedroom. Bathroom with tub and shower. Living room 11'x20', family room 11'x 13' plus an area to dump beach bags. Half bath located off family room. Large kitchen with extending table to seat 10 and counter seating for 4. At grade garage area with raised washer and dryer.
2nd floor: Upstairs has individual room air conditioners. 2 bedrooms with 2 twins (one set pushed together for short king), 2 bedrooms queen. 2nd floor full bath with shower.
Exterior: Large deck at 1st floor level with outside shower and propane grill. Driveway parks 2 cars. Street parking for 4 cars.
Please no wedding parties, grad or prom parties. We are looking for extended families, not groups of friends. Must be 26 or older to book.

Third year staying at this property and couldn’t be happier! Property as listed. This is a perfect spot for families to share, privacy for both and plenty of communal space to enjoy. Just down the road from beach, and lots of restaurants and shops.
