About this house rental
Beautiful , clean and bright 3 bedroom town home, walk to everything! Perfect for a hassle free family vacation! 1700 square foot very clean townhouse walking distance beach, bay, amusements, shopping, restaurants and bars- no driving. Safe common area courtyard backs up to property for safe play area for kids. Parking on site. Hang out room in the garage. Bikes, chairs and beach badges included. Two adult bikes, 6 beach badges, 8 Tommy Bahamas Chairs, 1 umbrella, 1 beach kart. A few coolers of varying sizes. There is a small refrigerator in the garage. Wireless speaker and Stereo in the living room. Gas grill for BBQ and small table for outdoor sitting. There is a couch and chairs in the garage for some extra space to hang out. The neighborhood is walking distance to the beach and the bay. You can watch the sunset on the bay or watch it rise on the beach. There are many adult and family friendly restaurants within walking distance. Adults - the Gables, Stefano's, Tuckers. Kids - Holiday Snack Bar, Barry's Do me a Flavor, the Sand Bar and Buckalews. We have two adult bikes but if you need to rent bikes, AJ's is within walking distance. Fishing, mini golf, jet skis, tennis, the waterpark and the amusement park are all within walking distance. Park the car and walk or bike anywhere you need to go. There is a supermarket (Murphy's) that you can walk to. There is also a shuttle that can take you to other parts of the island if you don't want to drive.

This is a very neat and clean home; quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to everything! The accommodations were just right for our families. John and Lorraine were easy and pleasant to work with and we would definitely recommend this property to others, though we would want to make sure we got to it first! Thanks for the lovely vacation!
